Materials related to the production technology of narcotics, psychotropic, toxic, and explosive substances;
Equipment for issuing money and postage stamps;
Human organs or tissues;
Live animals;
Perishable substances;
Toxic and toxicological substances;
Biological and infectious substances;
Mercury, chemical reagents, and acids;
Materials that degrade human honor and dignity or insult national and religious sentiments;
Shipments that can pose a danger to postal employees due to their nature or packaging, and may cause damage, spoilage, or contamination of other postal shipments and postal equipment;
