EMS is the fastest type of physical mail service, ensuring the collection, transportation, and delivery of letters, documents, and goods in the shortest possible time. This system, used in over 190 countries that are members of the Universal Postal Union, unites them and forms the international EMS network.
To coordinate and sustain the development of this network, the EMS Cooperative was established under the Universal Postal Union in 1999. The only operator of the international EMS network in Azerbaijan is Azerekspresspost.
